330 W. Main St. - Benton Harbor, MI

330 West Main was originally constructed in the mid 1920s as an office space and information center for Indiana Michigan Power. After I&M Power, there were several other tenants but in 2005 the building was acquired by The Prairie Real Estate Group. Although structurally sound, the building needed a complete renovation starting with the exterior which was completely covered with metal cladding. Amongst many projects, the interior was completely sandblasted and now the original beams and masonry work are proudly exposed. 330 W. Main is now one of the highlights of downtown Benton Harbor and is a beacon of hope as the city begins its renaissance.
